Would you like to help Petersfield Climate Action Network in our efforts to decarbonise Petersfield?
We have a new part-time Volunteers Coordinator & Support Officer position available, to oversee, develop and lead our volunteer teams and provide operations and administrative support across the charity. This dual role is vital to keeping our operations running smoothly and our volunteers engaged and supported.
Applications should be sent via email to [email protected] to arrive by midnight on Wednesday 19th November.

Please join us at The Petersfield School for a screening of the film Wilding, followed by a panel discussion and an opportunity to ask questions. Based on Isabella Tree’s best-selling book by the same title, Wilding tells the incredible story of a young couple who bet on nature for the future of their failing, four-hundred-year-old estate.
The panel will include Molly Biddell, Head of Natural Capital at Knepp Estate; Harvey Jones from South Holt Farm rewilding project; Steve Bolton, Wilder Communities Officer for Hampshire and IOW Wildlife Trust; and local landowner Tom Morris.
Come along to find out how what’s happening in and around Petersfield. Renaturing and rewilding can be achieved anywhere and at any scale, and you are invited to discover what you can do to help enhance nature connectivity across our landscape.
Wednesday 26th November - The Studio at The Petersfield School
Doors 18.30 - Screening 19.00 - Discussion 20.15 - Finish 21.00

Due to popular demand, we are bringing back our monthly evening gatherings!
Please join us for PeCAN at the Pub on the last Wednesday of the month in The Folly Bar (find us in the area to the right of the bar, ahead of you as you walk in).
We hope that offering a monthly evening gathering will enable those who have been unable to attend our Tuesday morning Eco Cafe to join us. We welcome anyone and everyone who is interested in our environment and concerned about the climate crisis. We are a positive, solutions-based bunch, and we look forward to meeting you.
The gathering relocates to the Folly Upstairs on a quarterly basis, to become a Volunteers Evening. Everyone is welcome! Collect your free drink token at the door, order at the Folly Bar and then join us upstairs, for a short presentation followed by breakout groups and brainstorming.

Our aim is to provide students of all ages with knowledge, understanding, and skills to help them navigate the future with resilience, confidence and wisdom. We want to empower them to make planet-friendly choices themselves, and enable them to amplify their voices in explaining those choices to others. Over the past two years we have delivered more than 100 transformative (and free) assemblies and workshops, reaching over 5,000 children, but with your help we could do much more.
